Gerard McMahon was the best version of this song, it went well with The Lost Boys, they are one and the same, however after seeing people putting this song to TWILIGHT makes me upset, please stop compairing these two, each generation has there own style, let the legendry ones be what they are dont remake them every year

so i definitly didnt know this was a cover, i just thought it was a bad ass song. lol. i just got the Cd "Through Tomorrow" having only heard this, and a couple other songs, and i was very very pleased. it was totally worth every penny. lol. and i highly recomend it to anyone who likes anything from All That Remains or Killswitch Engage, to Three Days Grace and Seether. lol.

it is not much better than the original! Its "newer" The Original is great but soundds as what it is, an 80´s pop/rock song! This cover combines the old song with the actual elements of the metal gengre, and this makes it modern and great!

@JohnnyPM14 Yeah, but you might crucify me for this but I like this better. The overly heavy part killed the song for me..too much for this particular song. I do listen to ultra heavy meta, I just didn't think that section went well given the song and its origins.
