The Progressive setting got bypassed and I decided to upload anyways. I know, I know...why not re-render before uploading. My computer is old and slow, it takes over an hour to render one minutes worth of final video using 720P at 13mbps...with nothing elese running on the system. Sometimes, I have more important things to do with my computer than re-rendering.
