There is no way that Zach wouldn't face charges or at least an investigation following this. A really good case could be made to prove that he shot Josh for the purpose of getting Kendall a new heart. For goodness sake it was practically the first thing he said. I can't believe how much this whole Reese / Zach / Bianca storyline made me hate him, and watching it again I still feel the same way.
Okay I really like Zach but saying "keep him alive. I need his heart" in front of Josh's MOTHER and SISTER is downright cruel. If my in-law shot my brother and said that crap, they would be lucky to be alive!
I have to agree, i liked Josh alot, he was a great character, and it was about time for a bit of testosterone on the Kane clan. these writers are really making me sick. Josh shouldn't have been killed, it was bad enough when they sent him off of the show, only to bring him back and have him killed already.

Now when Reese's Parents get wind of their daughter almost getting killed, they are going to take a "Fit". However, I must say Reese was very foolish to try to play vigilante with Josh. I also realized that this is probably the first time I ever saw Erica & Angie ever talking to each other.
