Hey I am a long time cyclist, and kinda learned this stuff as a kid so it comes naturally, but this was refreshing to see a comprehensive explanation of road cornering on youtube. I had never heard it broken down like that. Bravo.
One thing that wasn't mentioned, regarding safety: If you see sand, gravel, or wet leaves ahead of you, don't corner AT ALL. Learned the hard (as in laying on the ground for 10 minutes waiting for the pain to subside) way. You're welcome.
sometimes i expirience the wiggle on my front wheel when im downhill about 50km/hr speed using my roadbike..its degerous..i dont know whats the problem, may be balancing or my bike or wheelset
When i saw the title of this video i thought, that's so stupid i'll have to watch this, but as i got into watching it, everything seemed to make sense and i can now corner my bike at greater speeds without feeling really unbalanced. Thank you
