  • Hey I am a long time cyclist, and kinda learned this stuff as a kid so it comes naturally, but this was refreshing to see a comprehensive explanation of road cornering on youtube. I had never heard it broken down like that. Bravo.

  • getting my first racer in a few weeks - cant wait :) :)

  • should i be standing on the pedal while doing this or is it okay to leave my weight on the seat?

  • very helpful

  • thankyou, very useful.

  • thanks for the video buddy, I'm a newbie at cycling and it was very helpful! keep up

  • nice bike

  • One thing that wasn't mentioned, regarding safety: If you see sand, gravel, or wet leaves ahead of you, don't corner AT ALL. Learned the hard (as in laying on the ground for 10 minutes waiting for the pain to subside) way. You're welcome.

  • Is that a Trek?

  • @BigLongSexy Yes

  • Always the same bike and always the same clothes. I feel like he just did like 50 of these in a row.

  • @ratemyswing1 that's because he did.

  • Ever thought about telling us what mph to do all this at?

  • @if7084 anything over 7mph. just becomes more important the faster you're going.

  • @if7084 Depends on the person, where your at, and the kind of bike you have. Its commin sense...

  • cornering in the hoods. lulz.

  • So THAT'S how you do it!

  • sometimes i expirience the wiggle on my front wheel when im downhill about 50km/hr speed using my roadbike..its degerous..i dont know whats the problem, may be balancing or my bike or wheelset

  • When i saw the title of this video i thought, that's so stupid i'll have to watch this, but as i got into watching it, everything seemed to make sense and i can now corner my bike at greater speeds without feeling really unbalanced. Thank you

  • @abhbsbtbjb Yeah I'm really glad I found these videos.
