Sometimes if the drummer hits something early or has breakneck speed on, fills can show for him that don't show for the other players (lag in the first case, just the difference in scrolling speeds in the second). It takes about 1.2 seconds for a fill to show after OD is picked up, but that can be manipulated a few ways.

It is not just the fact that we play a bunch of dlc in a row with no redos, it is the fact that we play a lot tighter/more focused when we're doing something for a score, but much more casually when just blitzing through DLC for the first time. We're much more likely to miss on an easy DLC song than on a moderately tough RB2 song, if that makes any sense.
