Not only is the Family Guy segment funnier, but the other clip wasn't even the same joke, really. There's no way that Seth and the other writers ripped this off and almost definitely didn't even hear it.

OBVIOUSLY the Family Guy one was so much better. It wasn't rushed. Only halfway through do you realize what's going on, and then all of a sudden it's like, back to normal voice. But in the other one, it's rushed, it's annoying... it's one of those villains you laugh AT and not like with Stewie who you are laughing with. Plus, in the other one, you expected the drop back to normal voice...
