Looks like a 100 HP electric motor for the rotator. They are a Amateur Radio Club in Finland. This is the contest Station main antenna. It has 3 elements on the 160 meter band. Search OH8X on you tube.

Well, you would think in all that time, they might point the camera at the rotator while it was operating. Darn! I wanna see it go.

I have no idea what they are saying, but they are saying it at the bottom of one giant antenna with one giant electric rotator. Awesome!
