How do you throw knives while axe is equiped?

@Cl0taire In the Japanese version, the Throwing Knife (Dagger) is Grant's default attack. In the North American version, Konami reprogrammed Grant to make his regular attack a stabbing dagger, because Konami thought that "infinite" throwing daggers would be a cheap way to beat the game.
