  • nice naihanchi!

  • Cool moment between a sensei and student desiring to be better. Thanks for posting.

  • Nice! I did the 3 naihanchis for my Shodan test, but we did them more Tekki than this. I like the Shotokan way better but this guys upper body is fast.

  • Toma Sensei was a senior student of late Yuchoku Higa Sensei and a senior member of Shorin Ryu Kyudokan. He separated from Kyudokan and formed his own association few years back.

  • @aiko4321 Thank you for that!

  • Mm, coming from Shotokan, this is extremely weird for me! Not that I can't see what the benefits of practising it would be though :P

  • He likes to move his butt doesn't he?

  • a tekki shodan with no kiba dachi lol

  • @madgecic That's what Naihanchi is :S There's more to karate than Shotokan.

  • @babydru yes i know there's more to karate than shotokan. i was just making a simple observation.

  • @madgecic actually it's the other way round. tekki is naihanchi in kiba dachi :)

  • @madgecic and fewer Namiashis I think? His speed is great though!

  • Thank you. I'm missing the following some seconds, though. They would be especially interesting..

  • @defaultpseudonym Yup, there was much more, but... since it was somebody's private lesson I let it stay between master and student. ;)

  • @KARATEbyJesse Just fair. And still this is very inspiring. I'm seeing no real difference to Shôtôkan Tekki ..can't stop watching this over and over again. Thank you.

  • @KARATEbyJesse So much for the hidden cameras and using the CIA's spy satellites to see more! :(
