Since when did the Kilrathi rebuild their Military? In WC4 it mentions that they had to forfeit and dismantle all their military assets

@FOnazi I guess after the Border Worlds incident they let them rebuild some of their assets. That or some factions of the Kilrathi refused to dismantle them. Remember, some didn't accept Melek's claim to power as he was the only one thats the closest thing to the royal family left.

If you fail the MIA mission, you fly the decoy mission while Maniac hits the carrier. Did you fly that mission? I confess I had trouble with it.
