Interesting...unlike most Salzburg Festival productions, this actually preserves most of the emotions of the original work. Liked the use of the car, love Roschmann and Dasch. I also met Polenzani and he was cool. I didn't really like Giovanni's lecherous interactions with Anna, though - that should all be in his mind!

"that should all be in his mind! " I absolutely agree. That was very strange. I mean, in the whole scene he has to try not to give himself away that he was the murderer!
