just want to know, what is the function of the red line on the hand? is it served as a vector and how did the system translate the gesture into words? (using database/compare or based on the line's degree)

The red line is the axis of inertia.

The gestures are translated into words via a statistical technique (ICA).

I'm getting so much positive feedback that I have to think again about opening a business to explore it somehow...

No this sotware is not available. This was just my master thesis and I haven't continued working on it.
