@Jlui83 Generally speaking, each target gets 2 rounds. Depending on the rules for a particular stage you can fire extra shots if you think you need to. Before each stage there is a briefing that explains everything.
@apocobring Thank you. I'm always glad to see new shooters getting into the sport. Good luck at your first match!
The camera is the Contour HD. It's been an excellent piece of gear so far. There's a video on my channel that explains the camera and a couple options for mounting it.
@1341usmc The first match was actually this last weekend. I learned that I need to work on true precision shooting, and that I need a new glasses prescription!
But, I liked it so much, that I found another club not to far from here that does one this upcoming weekend. =)
@chdefiant That was one of my favorite stages of the match. I've still got to get a little faster and smoother, but that's what practice is for. Glad you liked the video.
@DMFL22 Thanks. The gun actually ran perfect; what happened was that I kept riding the slide stop with my thumb so the slide wouldn't lock back. Also, I didn't rack the slide far enough once (first time I've done that) so it just looked like the gun malfunctioned.
Do you ever run the Glock 19 with a Light attached in these Matches?

@Jlui83 I would run it that way because that's how I carry it everyday. However, IDPA rules don't allow you to do that.

Just a quick question.. How do you know how many rounds to shoot at each target?

Very nice video. I appreciate it. Made me more comfortable going into my first IDPA match by letting me see what it was actually like!
When you get a minute would you mind posting what camera that is?

@SuperSetCA Thank you. This was my first match as an Expert and I ended up right in the middle of the other Experts in my division.

@1341usmc Cool. I think you'll end up shooting as an SSP Master by next year.
