I am just amazed that the girl in this video is Darcy. I used to watch these aerobic shows but had no idea that Darcy was the model/instructor. Can some one explain how a cool down from 3:45 to 4:07 has you to bend over backwards, see your heels, touch your sholders with your in step, let go, and push yourself backwards back into a bridge and stand up. This is not a cool down but a cock heat up, go long, and bang the sh#$ out of how many flex position she can get in.

At least in the first week of August 1991 she was EVEN PRETTIER with no make-up on....stunningly cute girl with a pleasant sense of humor!

I can remember this video series on television when I was a girl. (many, many, years ago) There is also a reference to this series in the movie 48 Hours with Eddie Murphy. Granted the camera angles are a bit risque but overall there is some aerobic benefit. I actually purchased this on VHS a long time ago and would work out. Today, this would never fly on public televison. Someone would charge $3.99 a hour On-Demand. "Natural" women with real breasts, real hair and real hips.
