I looooooooooove the low carb lifestyle lol.....I count both carbs & calories, and I will say that people have soooo many misconceptions about the low carb lifestyle. This particular plan encourages you to not only pay attention to what you are consuming (because in the past I really didnt care what I was eating as long as it tasted good lol) and how much of it you are consuming. I started October 17, 2011 and I've dropped 50 pounds. I also exercise, but It definitely works.....

I had many opinions given to me about the bad side but in the end....I went from size 20 in pants to a 10-12. No more bp meds given to me...the weight loss helped me. I am no longer on the diet and learned to eat the right way. The haters keep me floating with a smile. You are beautiful and only need to please and do what makes you the star you are...thanks for always being positive.

Low carb isn't bad, although I'd recommend a few carbs early in the day.....and whatever carbs you may take in, make sure their good slow digesting carbs such as whole wheat bread & pasta,brown rice,beans ect.....your body needs some sort of fuel to run....4-6 small meals a day...lots of water....good luck to you...I've dropped 30-35 lbs of bodyfat & gained 10lbs of lean muscle in last 6 months.....
