i have adhd/add do u think acem will help me with my concentration problems?
i really am ready to give 110% and really try. my life is literary in ruins because of my condition and i want to do something about it.

I learnt Acem Meditation a few weeks ago. It's proving to be very effective and easy to do. The only difficult thing is allowing oneself the time to do this every day.
