  • Einstein, Newton, J.S. Bach, George Washington, etc .... Anybody who was the best in their field, is well known now and taught about in schools, or was the first to do something really important (like your Neil Armstrong example).

  • @Elhardt Do you think all of those people will be remembered 10,000 years though? You don't think any of them would fade from the stories and names we hold on to? 10,000 is a LOT of generations.

  • Yeah 10,000 years is plenty of time for someone better than him. (shakespeare) I think you could also argue Kennedy based on your argument. But maybe both. But I guess he's not as associated with it.

  • But you picked somebody I wasn't expecting. That was cool.

  • @americanmuslimgirl Who is your pick?

  • @jcurious Oh man, that's a tough one. I gotta think about it. I think quite possibly no one. But I guess we are going most likely. I'll hit you back if I think of one.

  • @americanmuslimgirl And although Kennedy helped inspire us to reach the moon. He was no longer alive when we finally set foot on it.

  • @jcurious But he did make it happen, more than any one person I would argue. But I agree. Armstrong is more likely.

And I have decided it will be one or more religious people, if there are any at all. We will never evolve out of religion unless we somehow achieve immortality. But which one? I couldn't say. Could be Jesus, could be Muhammad, could be Mahar Baba, could be krishna, Buddha, could be Bahá’u’lláh, could be....... anyone whose message outlasts his death.
