  • How long is the corn snake

  • coz the viv is wooden do u have heat matt inside and if so do u use thermo stat

  • what wat is that infered bulb.

  • wow thats a pritty big viv. good for your corn snake. can i just say you don't need one that big although it won't do it harm you will just have more room to have other reptiles.

  • i have a snow

  • sammy is now almosts as big as his viv and is still growing fast ! :S =D

so dont worry botu him ;)

  • i like how u say hes a little tired lol theyr nocturnal in a way they come out mainly at night i have a carolina corn :D

  • when he was a baby did you have him in a tank or a small container

  • lol i never really handled my cornsnake when it wass a baby and it never hides. it sits in its waterbowl when it is thirsty though xD.

  • they sit in ther water bowl when there viv is to hot m8.

  • when he was a baby did he hide alot.

  • ye

corns are very shye if you dont handle them enough normally but they tend to hide alot when they're young any way

my advice is to just handle it for about 15 minutes a day and it'l be tame in no time

    hope that helps :)

  • It stresses them out and they could possibly eat each other!

  • can i just say u shouldnt use a uv bulb on snow or blizard corn snakes coz they lack melanin in there sking.

  • ok but i dont

thats an infra red bulb (exo terra, i highly recomend them they last for a very long time and they provide the same heat from when new till it beaks)

  • you have a beautiful corn snake

  • thank you ^^

  • u use a heat bulb like me ut do u use a thermostat? if you dont its a must coz them bulbs heat environment up to 100F without thermostatic control which is way to high for the snake. the basking temp shudnt exceed 86F

  • i'm not stupid

the bulb is fine and i do use a thermostat, as u sed u neeeeeeeeeed 1

i need a new one at the mow cuz the bulb is weraing down so i'm gona get one tomorow

sweet viv tho dont ya think? ^^ thanks 4 the concern

    lol

  • no problem and dont think im critiizing but the viv u got for ur corn snake is bigger than what it needs to be, mine is in a 3 foot long viv and even a 5 foot adult can live in a 3 foot viv.. so use the 5 foot viv to ur advantage and get another corn of the same sex and size to live in there wa heyyy

  • yeh i've been thinking about this ( btw i knew bout that she only needs a 3 ft one bt still ^^) , andshe's at the point of growth wer u cant reli buy a corn that size so if i decide to then i probs will. thnx tho

dnt worrie bout the coment no affence was taken (happy tubing LOL)

  • also unless breeding corn snakes shouldnt really be housed together

  • really? i dont coz i only got a 3 foot viv, but all my fellow herp enthusiasts house their corn snakes of the same size and sex together (obviously in big vivariums) for years and have had no problems , the snakes just ignore one another

  • i hear your not suppose to - its not recomended

  • they dont really bask a warm end temp of 80-85F is fine... some people dont even use heat gradient for corns

  • looking at the size of the snakes stomach it looks as though uv just fed him in the last few hours

  • man that snake looks 2 small 4 dat viv =D

    awsum vid =D

  • the camera makes him look very small he's 2 and a half foot but he's growing sooooo fast soo when he's adult he'll be fine
