The global economy has taken a HUGE DIVE. and the only jobs you can find is min wage. over 50 MILLION ON FOOD STAMPS.. tent city all over usa islands included.. Ido. believe this movie represent what will be a new career for many in the near future. if you want food and shelter every day. may be in hotel and inns round the globe but a good living.. when living in a MAD MAX WORLD IN 2015-2020

According to Juan, it's a cover of a new wave song which was changed drastically due to the original's lethargic pace and heavy synths.

If you look through the old message board that Juan Croucier has on his site, you'll find more info behind it.

Apparently, the guy who did the original earned a substantial amount of royalties due to Ratt's cover of this song.
