At first I thought it was 40kgs pr hand. And I was about to call you out for it, cus that doenst look like 40kg bells.. but hey 20kgs is still good!! So good job man.. if you like training videos check out mine aswell ;)
@nilslundgren23 if you catch me or anyone else in the fitness industry in a lie..call em on it. dishonesty is commonplace and youtube gives liars a platform.
Damn I would love to own kettlebells... They're just so damn expensive. Awesome strength, though I wouldn't recommend doing this very often or with little experience and no warm-up
@rockbodyfitness Nice, you weight the same as me and i do that :) i used it as training for doing an iron cross on my rings, (though i can only hold it for like 4 seconds then fall into a heap) Kettlebells are the way forward, Can you clean and press the beast??? i only have 32kg max so i dont know how heavy i could go.
@DarrylKensley Elbow tendonitis? I had that shit for about 6 months till i had prolotherapy and it disappeared in 3 weeks. Google it, it might help you out.
I was wondering what your opinion on mass gainer would be? I'm constantly getting stronger but never any bigger, i'm deadlocked at 140. would mass gainer be a smart move? and what is a good brand of it in your opinion?
@rockbodyfitness That I can do, love milk, I'm also training with a RKC guy, first day all he did was correct my form and show me some stuff, no real excerciseing, the next day I was sore in places I didn't even know I had. good stuff. Thanks for the advice.
@TheDaniel97G On the Rings the force is comming from a different direction, this would be the equivalent to the rings. upsidown. Id Imagine training to achieve an elite level on the rings would be very difficult without any kind of instruction regardless of how much you know about gymwork
@TheDaniel97G Its a good exercise to hit the opposing muscles while ring iron cross training (will help keep you porpotionate)... It definately would be amazing for getting your tendons, ligaments, and joints ready for iron cross training... especially since you can start at low weights and move up. Im going to do this when its time to train my iron cross on the rings...

iron cross (on rings) you're actually pushing the other way, down not up.
ugou 3 months ago

MrMbogza 4 months ago

iron cross is a gymnastic move done on rings and this is not it. You're just lowering the kettlebell down and isometrically contracting the deltoids.

@wolfzz5 assuming milk agrees with you drink that instead of mass gainers. drink A LOT of it and eat a lot of high quality protein rich food
