I'm looking at the 47 million Americans without health insurance, 37 million Americans living in poverty, the millions of Americans that have to work more than one job because many of the biggest employers don't want to pay wages people can live off of.

What he won't say about what is wrong with the economy is that the Federal Reserve is privately owned. Instead of the USA (We, The People) printing the money & making loans (loans are the other way money is created), private bankers do it. So when the money (that was created from nothing) & the interest is paid back, it goes NOT to We, The People, it goes to private banks. To save the economy, the USA (We, The People) MUST make the money like we used to, when we had a constitution.

Phil Gramm came up with the Enron Loophole which opened the door for all out unregulated oil futures speculation which almost on its own destroyed our economy, and was behind the deregulation of the banking industry. McCain is just another pro business, screw the working class Republican.
Notice how oil prices are plummeting along with the firms that were speculating in futures. There's never been a oil supply issue.

People work hard in Europe too. In Europe 80-90 % of he inhabitants vote. Our school system is overall far better than the american. It means that the working class are just as well educated as the upper class and can understand the political issues better.
But still you are to value oriented. Here there is consenus around issues like abortion, death penelty and religion doesn't pay any difference in politics.

You are dead wrong and do not understand the ripple affect of the demise of a company such as Lehman potentially liquidating its hundreds of billions in real estate investments. Further devalution and bank losses will follow. Deflation results, incomes lost, credit eliminated and overall wealth desimated. Please learn, then speak. Start up new business?
