Then I don't know the show at 2:52 but the pv at 5:39 (that the girls are kissing Teppei and Eiji) is "Kimi ga boku no Kiss wo" or something... But if you write on youtube only "Wat Kiss" you'll certainly find this song. Ok? Bye! :-)

@NicRyan95 Yes, it's the mini-drama "Proporre Kyodai". In this drama there're four love story, Teppei recites in the second. You can read the plot on dramawiki. :-)
