  • wtf

  • what an inspirational kicks . i can do kick 0:49 :) , i am happy , and i love 1:58 kick wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!. does anybody know the name of this taekwondo performer? . his techniques are so clean :)

  • 2:18 you can see the boards start to bend as the man runs up. That's the board holder putting pressure on the board with their wrists. Those boards are so weak they start to bend as they do this. At that point the kicker just needs to touch it for it to break.

    FAKE AND GAY!

  • @SuperSneakySteve Can you even do any of these kicks?

  • @SuperSneakySteve You're dumb Trust me those kicks would knock you on your ass

the board isn't there to represent the strength of the kick but the precision and technique xD

You are just jealous you can't do any of these spectacular kicks :)

stop being a fat keyboard warrior and do something with yourself maybe one day you will be able to do this

  • @SuperSneakySteve : so you are able to do all these actions with or with out a "weak board"?

  • @kouchi614 I practice moves that work in a fight. Maybe these guys should join the circus.

  • @SuperSneakySteve So you're telling me if some did that 1:54 to your face you're able to stand on both of your legs?

  • @BoneBeast lol COMBO 1 COMBO 2 COMBO 3 COMBO 4 HIGH SCOORE!

  • boards dont hit back....

  • @Rizeupchris

    What's your point?

  • holy shet that is freakin awesome :D ther must be alot of appl juice on the ground :D

  • What's the diference between ITF & WTF? Is it the technique, or the competition rule?

  • @emanresu81 Both they use different techniques rules and gear

  • Their feet must smell like nothing but steel and bone from all that hardcore training!

  • General Choi was forced out by the Former South Korean President, who wanted to use Taekwondo as a political tool, General Choi didn't agree. So he went to Canada. Some ITF members in South Korea were bribed, thus under South Korea govt, they formed World Taekwondo Federation.

ITF patterns are so much stronger conmpared to WTF, search ITF pattern compared to WTF. Especially North Korean ITF team.

  • I was told ITF Taekwondo International Federation is the real Taekwondo, by General Choi. Real Self defence.

WTF World Taekwondo Fed, are money grabbers, sports like etc for Olympics.

  • @FastPancakes Hey well ur being told wrong taekwondo is taekwondo. i am wtf tkd and i love it and we just dont focus on the olympics we focus on self defense (street) ,discipline, techniqe, and the forms in wtf are great listen dont believe everything u hear because u dont know what is true. i highly respect itf tkd i have kuzens who do it but i do wtf tkd and they are similar in alot of ways. it isnt just a sport its a korean martial art so also relize no martial art is better then the other.

  • mnogosa dobri bravo

  • Master What The Fuck Rulazzz

  • whats mean WTF?? what the fuck??

  • @arpidez WTF means World Taekwondo Federation

  • fucking taekwon-do wtf it´s only for competicions itf has history

  • @fightluv And how is that a contradiction to anything said by me? You're replying to one post, is my guess, and it was a part of an ongoing exchange between me and @TraditionalTKD.

Also, Taekwondo is a synthetic art that builds on more than one traditional art of the older days, so crediting it in its own right with something extremely unique is taking it a bit far. Sure it took much from Hwa Rang, but not only from that alone.

  • 2:31.. wtf?? brake dance? lol xD

  • what would you define the windmills as?

  • since when did break dancing become part of martial arts?

  • @staticjump

    its not even break dance............

  • Taekwondo , like any martial arts - wheather practice by Koreans or Chinese - Is Taekwondo.. one is not better then the other.. it is the man/ women themselves who put the practice and honor into the art. What country practices it .. is honoring the art.. not an ego trip. Balance*

  • Taekwondo , like any martial arts - wheather practice by Koreans or Chinese - Is Taekwondo.. one is not better then the other.. it is the man/ women themselves who put the practice and honor into the art. What country practices it .. is honoring the art.. not an ego trip. Balance*

  • WTF! China has some of the best system ever! They created the best of the best arts! WHY TKD????

  • Haha break dance!!

  • I am a bit surprised to see TKD practiced by the Chinese, it being a Korean art and all.

  • @parahumanoid Taekwondo is practiced in Japan also. There is a Japan Taekwondo Association.

That being said, This is not martial arts. This is showmanship with little self defense value.

  • @TraditionalTKD

I hope you're not implying TKD per se, but reather some specific variation of it. Being that I practice it, I think I'm a pretty good judge of its fitness for real-life combat. If all you've seen of TKD is the Olympics, then you've seen nothing. I'm a bit confused by your comment, being that your nickname alone implies you should know the difference. Btw, TKD is intensively used by the Korean military (a truncated form of it), and even that is far from showmanship.

  • @parahumanoid I have practiced the art for over 25 years and am well aware of what it can do. I'm not criticizing the Art itself, just what is shown here. Real TKD more than allows you to handle yourself. I practice Chung Do Kwan, which was used by the Korean police and military for years effectively. I daresay many of the senior instructors I call peers would have the problem with these techniques.

  • @TraditionalTKD

Oh, I am with you on that. But know what, aside from its combat applications, I still thoroughly enjoy TKD as an acrobatic activity and see nothing wrong with that. The other thing is that people mistake the acrobatic part to be all there is to TKD. I was trained at a school where TKD was taught as a combat system without silly obsessions like no kicks below waist, not trips and sweeps, yada yada. We did everything from grappling to mid-force contact with no gear. I love it

  • @parahumanoid But Taekwondo is MARTIAL ART, meaning its techniques can be artistic (self expression) but still have to have martial or military value. in other words, they must still have combat or fighting readiness. I see none of that here. I appreciate the athleticism in a 720-degree kick, but do not consider that martial arts. i consider that Korean XMA and acrobatics.

  • @TraditionalTKD

I don't stick to words much. Art or no art, I see the acrobatics as the topping on the cake. I never really cared if TKD was an art. I found it to be a very effective combat system and so far that's been enough for me. Maybe I haven't reached the level where I can appreciate the Art part of it. I don't mind mixing different systems, so I have no religious obsession about TKD, although it's my primary system. I like the JKD approach: take what you need and make it your own.

  • @parahumanoid That's where I differ. I am old school Tae Kwon Do, where I do consider it a martial art. A beautiful, expressive, combat-effective art. And I don't believe in the JKD approach. This leads to a buffet mentality. Take a style and make it your own. Don't cherry pick styles.

  • @TraditionalTKD

    To each his own.

  • alguien que sepa de que se trata el video me lo puede decir?

  • am i the only one who doesnt understand chinese?

  • Nice but I wish it would stop blinking and show the action straight through, then again in slow motion.

  • the korean invented TKD and the chineses mastered it ;)

  • I can only say: wow!

  • puut's oo melhor vidio dee todos os teempos :O

  • TKD can be a beautiful art to watch in demo. But recent TWF competitions have become a round kick tag game. The competitiors throw round kick 99.5% of the time, never use punches, hardly use any other kick or counter kick and don't go for the head anymore. I think WTF is slowly dying. IN 10 years, all TKD guys would learn is a roundhouse kick. (no forms, no self defense either)

  • @BushidoCode72 true enought that's what piss me of with my last master he was all for the competition. little punch traning, little to no form, no selfdefence. I give up after a year. I'm still trying to find another good gym where they teach "traditional" WTF tkd just like the one iI've been before moving.

  • @aucteakwondomaster I practiced TKD for many years in late 80s and 90s. My master was a 2nd dan in Judo(Yudo) and 5th dan in Hapkido. He aslo boxed in Soul Korea and in US. We had stand up, grappled, competing in WTF events was optional, but we had guys who won state and went to nationals. We also competed in Judo. Now all TKD schools do is kick targets doing roundhouse kicks.

  • @BushidoCode72 i'm still trying to find one with a more traditional spirit but you're right, too many school dosen't teach the wtf tkd as martial art anymore, just the sport and teach only the light round kick as I call it

  • @aucteakwondomaster If you are looking for a more spiritual martial art, you might look up Sorinji Kenpo. Relatively modern in creation, but based on ancient values and philosophy.

  • alot of people think that tae kwon doe is only about how they look when they do there techniques well every martial art worry's about there looks its not away about looks though my instructor say what it takes to do a good technique is balance, speed, distance and timing.and power will fall in if you get those 4 basics and it will just naturally be a good technique

  • the best movie .....the best

  • muito dez em

  • I can t understand what should be the difference between the ITF and WTF technics ...

  • I am 37 and learning. You do what you can and find the style for you. This really isnt martial arts, its more of a wushu show off what you can do thing. About the age though, look at tai chi, many older people can do it and it is functional as a martial art.

  • 1 question is it always too late to learn a martial like this when ur no longer a teenager..

  • @gangkapak Never too late. It may help to start at an early age, but the great thing about Martial Arts is it's souly based on your determination. If your eager enough you will get far.

  • is a fucking break dance!!!!! this is not martial art is holy dance

  • holy shit there are some amazing techniques here. ABSOLUTELY amazing.

  • This is a great video of Demonstration TKD with both WTF and ITF practitioners performing. I can't understand the narrator but i would agree the title should probably read 'A Chinese ITF/WTF Master'. This is a great aid for those integrating tricks into their TKD training. There are some good examples of 720's and 540's. - For focussed techniques i agree TKD uses 1 inch boards, but for multiple kicks like this you don't generate the same kind of power so thinner wood is generally used to demo.

  • if you get one chinese person and one korean person and you look them you´ll never see the diference and less if they use a DOBOK never you´ll know where are they from.! lol is the same eyes XD

  • taekwondo is korean not china XD

  • MoviNg Objects!!!

  • The uniform too is Korean!!

  • China Taekwondo? LOL!! The China martial art is Kung-Fu. Taekwondo is Korean martial art!!

  • i think what the title say is like taekwondo master from china

  • so ?

Italian food's pasta, but they eat hamburgers too...

  • haha good example :P

  • you are very right... taekwondo is definitely Korean without a doubt... but this video is about Chinese who teaches taekwondo demonstration... its okay for chinese to practise korean taekwondo right?

  • Yep but if you knew anything about china you would know that taekwondo is more popular there than any other maritial art beside tai chi. And the language they are speaking in the video is chinese.

  • amazing display of skill and accuracy ..... but the wood is all balsa wood ... mabey 1/4 inch thick .... you could thump it with your finger and break it

  • @mrmicahtime

This is completely wrong. The boards are 1" pine. Breaking is a demonstration of the production and focus of power.

  • 1:59 and 2:00 he breaks thru 2 boards and its barely 1/2 in thick. u r "completely wrong"

  • agree, and look at how the boards break, straight line breaks like cutting knife skill

  • 1.17 is crazy fast

  • this is so good - really inspiring, the power and the agility. I'm pretty envious of these guys' abilities.

  • omg at 1:50 its sickkkkkkkkkkkk click here to see 1:47

  • 1:52 is pretty sick.

  • Great video, but although its in Chinese, those are definetly Koreans. The ITF man could be North Korean by his style, but why only one? Regardless, great representation of ITF Taekwon-Do. I hope people can see the difference between ITF and WTF.

  • that was really spectacular!

  • Awesome!!!!

  • asssholes!

  • This is not my organization or style, but you have to respect the time, discipling and talent of these true martial artist no matter what your style is.

  • @abdbean no u dont. u can clearly see that arts watered down. Eiya! why dont they learn gung fu.

  • I see WTF but, where is ITF.

  • Guy at 2:10.

  • The do-bok is different, not V-shaped and it has stripes down shirt and pants. You can tell by the style of kicks as well - much more coordinated and powerful.

  • WTF are cool looking, but I'm fan of ITF (because I am a follower of ITF Taekwon-Do) :D About the challenging everyday - man is challenged everyday against him self. And Taekwon-do teaches us how to fight ourselves and how to win. Even if you're finghting another opponent, it's still fighting yourself - your fear, your body, your mind !

  • lol those boards break when you even look at them

  • lol most of this is not taekwondo, but it is tricking....stop doing trick kicks and flash kick (flips) and keep it old school....your just making taekwondo out to look like something it's not!!!

  • u are just jealous coz u aint that good..isn it..lol

  • lol na my tricks are better....I think anyway.

  • lol whatever..show me your best vid...whats the link?

  • well most of my good stuff I have not added yet.....becuse I'm saving it for a tricking sampler! but I have some ok stuff up...just go to my profile and look...lol

  • best demo ever ITF and WTF together, cant get much better then that

  • This is an awesome demo, and for the haters who say this is crap because it isn't useful in a "real" fight... they need to get a life. You don't find yourself challenged to a duel to the death by a muay tai master every day (unless you live in a movie).

It's like saying that learning to play chess is a waste of time because it won't help you in a real fight. (And, btw, I think it would)

  • I couldn't agree more.

  • And even if you were challenged every day I'd say you'd need to rethink your life. ;)

  • @grafight ppl who say this isnt useful in a real fight have not been hit in the chest with a spinning back kick lol

  • @Bluerocka145 True!! Plus lets not forget that the most efficient techniques (which TKD also teaches) are left out of demonstrations because they are not spectacular. An exhibition is just that, and it shows the shiny tip of the iceberg of all the skill and art that is TKD.

    Cheers!

  • dont underestimate the power of momentum

those spins build up enough to generate enough force for it to be pretty killer

  • true, it really makes my kick stronger

  • its wtf

  • the TKD in olympic games, is it itf or wtf ?

  • wtf is Olympic TKD

  • TAEKWONDO ISN'T ITF OR WTF .... ITF AND WTF are only rules for competition combat :S

taekwondo is more than that (:

  • Youre absolutly right!
