This isn't necisarilly about who's rap is better, the fact is B.o.B. sampled a portion and made it into his own song...which he does with most of his samples.

Charles Hamilton is just rapping over the track. There is no creativity there...no need for the track to be sampled b/c it's completely disconnected with what he's doing.

B.o.B. integrates the sample into his own tune. B.o.B. wins by a landslide.

Hamilton's stuff would have worked with any beat...he doesn't integrate the song, he simply raps on top of it. There is a complete disconnect there that renders the sample, itself, useless. B.o.B. is very innovative in the way he ties his music and the sampled music together. Anyone who disagrees with this has no concept of music. It's blatant.
