Congratulations, a lovely video. The altos especially are strong and expressive, as are the tenors (quite an ardent glissando at "deprecationem NO-stram"!). In 1995, as an undergrad in South Africa, I founded a chamber choir, and our first piece was this mass by Byrd. Peter Philips' own Tallis Scholars are of course, polished & ultra-refined, but this young choir's sound is robust and passionate, which is sometimes a welcome relief from the English sound.(I am myself an Anglican musician in SA).
