The cause was horseplay on the part of maintenance. I was to ferry the acft from S. Africa to Pakistan the next day and went by the shop to see if they'd finished working on it. I got in to start it for a post -mtc flight. Everyone was standing around and even had their camera's running, but I was told nothing. On the first start I saw the flames and shut it down. They said to go again and so I did, that's the second part u see. I think they poured fuel in on purpose just for the show. Idiots.
