I put my lettuce into a flour cloth napkin, step outside, and wing it around a few times, move them around a little, and do it again. Gets them nice and dry.
Photosynthesizers (plants in this case) intake O2 and expel CO2 for cellular respiration just like we do. It is for photosythesis where they intake CO2 and convert it to O2. You're both right. Wiki it.
I do believe so, I went to the first 3 and did not see her. In the steak show he used somebody else for the thermometer. At the kitchen store scene in the Egg Files it was just him surronded by four racks talking about teflon.
check out actor christopher walken cooking on imcooked(dot)com a new site just like youtube but for cooking only check it out and upload any cooking videos you have its really cool
Actually, most plants can actually exhale CO2 to some degree when there isn't much CO2 in their environment to do their usual thing. It's a survival feature so the plant can hopefully continue living until there /is/ enough. So you're right, plants generally exhale O2 - but on some occasions, they can exhale CO2 instead.
To be more precise, Plants create their food through photosynthesis, and the leftover byproduct of that is O2, but ALL living things need to convert their stored, chemical energy to energy the cell can use through cellular respiration, which uses O2 and results with CO2 as the waste byproduct.
i would put more, but it not fit

jacobflaschen 2 years ago 2
@jacobflaschen Respiration is O2, CO2 out...Hence y hospitals don't allow plants at night.

or take biology,

@gbicec It's why plants are called autotrophs. Their metabolism is almost totally self-contained, saved for solar power and some external CO2.

It depends on what's happening, if the plant is absorbing light at the time or not.
