  • I'd prefer to stay on our green planet...

  • That engine looks like its burning shit. No wonder one blew up.

  • I would definitely be scared as hell doing this travel, but I would do it anyway. I've always wanted to see the Universe from a point of view other than that from the Earth. Now I'd get to see the Earth. It's definitely something that scares the shit out of me, but I'd do it without hesitation if the occasion was presented.

  • America's not paying for it; Virgin Group is financing the venture and they are based in the UK.

America is broke because it spends $720 Million EACH DAY on the Iraq War.

  • :( don't remind me how shitty my country is please

  • how do i become an commercial astronaut?

    after retiering from the military?

  • > Earth Orbit via Virgin Media- $200 thousand

    > Day at International Space Station via Space Adventures- $20 million

    > Moon orbit via Space Adventures- $100 million

    All of this is reality.

  • People die all the time. Every 12 minutes on average, someone in the USA for example; dies in an auto wreck. If I had the money, I would do this. Otherwise, I volunteer. Hello, Virgin. HELLO. Drats... guess they aren't looking for volunteers ;/.

  • yay space, fuck the risks

  • Go man

  • we all know what happened last time when they tryed putting a savlien in space...

  • What happened was that he went up, had a great time, and came back. His name is Richard Garriott. Google it.

  • damn i wana do that soo bad but its probably like 10 million dollars haha i dont got that cash lolol

  • more like 21 million bucks

  • better money spent than

a wallypower 118. it goes for about

30-40 million dollars and its about 20

thousand just to fill up the tank.

  • Two hundred thousand bucks. Twenty million and more is for orbital, on the International Space Station. You launch from the Russian facility.

  • i hope he takes me along with him

  • i want to go to space =) but the process getting there would scare me half to death. but i want to be wiehgtless =)

  • you dont have to go to space to experience weightlesness lol jus go underneath the water in a pool haha ... or you can take a plane that they use to film those movies ... thats how they make it seem like the actors are in space ... the plane goes really high but not in space ... but there is a point up there that you can move around like in space and not be in it haha

  • Actually, the plane simply descends quick enough to make you weightless, it does not have to be very far up. And for underwater... Well, that's not weightlessness, though astronauts train using their suits underneath water :)

  • under water you aint totally weightless

    and the pressaure might hurts.

and the plane thing. the plane is going high up in the skyes. and the its falling very fast downwards, your acutally falling inside the plane. but its the same as being wightless

  • but it only lasts like 30 seconds

  • I think the way to do it is eat lots of beans and just fart-upwards...

  • wow such a big question: use $200k to go to space or buy a small house?

  • If I was going to die soon, I'd go to space, otherwise no.

  • you feel it's that unsafe?

you've got about as much chance of dying, as walking out your driveway and getting hit by a car... if that actually happened to you recently, then uhh... damn... sucks to be you

  • Thats not what I meant. I would go on it if I was going to die (Not related to space), because I would not want to spend 200k unless I do not care about my finance (Which would happen if I knew I was going to die).

  • ohh that makes sense then

  • LOL...the irony...

  • what a lucky bastard. I want to go to space!!

  • nvr knew thx dudes :D

  • :D

if i fly to space in that speed i will say

    "weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee"

    hahha :D

  • I wish I could try this out although it would scare the living shit out of me xD

It would show me how inormous this world is. Hard to imagine beeing able to see our own earth from outter space with our own eyes :D

  • yeah it HAS to be mind blowing. humans shoot a little rocket ship and it goes up off of the earth and disappears in the infinite mass that is space. that's huge.

  • Too bad that you will die before you reach anywhere in a few days without enough oxygen/food/water.

  • You will die right here on Earth if you don't have enough oxygen/food/water.

  • @PesiCool Yet the Earth is big to us, but in comparison to, say, Jupiter, and the Sun, and the whole Milky Way galaxy, and the entire Universe, it's... even less important than insignificant.

  • cool

  • Time to start saving money for my own space trip. ^^

  • Cool!

  • awesome!

  • good luck :)

  • COOL!!!!
