  • come to my house and make it for me please..

  • Should be celery, not peas, and white wine, not red.

  • I just made it!! Soooooooo good! I can't stop eating it!

  • I don't really like it! First time ever that Laura made a recipe that I didn't like :(

  • So I'm cooking the sauce for 35 minutes, but I want to get the water boiling at the beginning of the dish...Why?

  • @WeCamefortheDead Yea, that kinda is a waste of energy!

  • You didn't taste it. :3

  • peas in a bolognaise? come on ... give me a break .....

  • why do some people add heavy cream to it and you didnt?

  • the real italian bolognese doesnt have pees, but i think you're version is delicious just as well :)

  • and where are the italian herbs?

    Oregano?

  • @sool930820 only americanized italian food is made like that

  • tomato paste? at the start? Pees? WTF that is no italian bolognese.

    You suck at cooking!

  • @sool930820 maybe you should learn how to spell "peas" before you criticize someone else's cooking

  • Pees? It looks really good, but its not the real bolognese salce.....i love laura, i'm her big fan, but sometimes she makes so amateur mistakes. but i still love you.

  • @andrewdelmar what is up with everyone here?? "pees" is urine!! it's spelled "peas" lol

  • wanna see how it is really done search for the videos from Gordon Ramsay and Marco Pierre White

  • @radoslavnikolaev So! Let me start off w/ I'm a fan of Laura's HOWEVER I tried her version and it was okay. The following week I cooked a version of Marco Pierre White's, Laura's with my own twist. THE BEST! The best I say... I still love Laura cause she introduced me to the recipe and gave me the courage to do it. (I'm not the kinda of person that would be called a cook... or chief for that matter) She make things simple and I like it. :-) Radoslavnikolaev Thanks for the heads up!

  • this way wrong!! To fast Slow down

  • why didnt u taste it

  • Same question!! what can you do instead of wine, I have kids too

  • @Lenyjudith The alcohol cooks out she just said it in the video

  • Comment removed

  • Doo yooou have to add wine ? Cause i have kids ..

  • @Shazie67 lol the wine won't do any harm to the kids, so it's all good XD plus it's such a small amount, you'll hardly know it's there.

  • can i please live with you D:

  • @kamilia999k can u shut the fuck up? she made over 200 recipes and u think it's boring? if u had a cooking show and i tried and thought it was delicious, i would say that it was made by the worst person ever. STFU!

  • @ellen10sea Youre a terrible girl

  • @kamilia999k cause youre so exciting..? yup you troll you go make some videos and see whod want to watch them

  • Im really surprised there's no garlic!

  • i made this last night and my husband and mother LOVED it :-)

  • Garlic? tomato paste?

  • Do we have to add solt and pepper twice to the sauce? (At 3:06 and 4:53).Other than that, this looks great, i can't wait to try it!

  • niceeeee, foods good as well

  • What an awesome video, I like the way you speak about the food while cooking it. Very nicely executed and you sound really charismatic while preparing the dish. Enjoyable as always and it appears to be delicious enough to enhance my appetite. Seriously satisfying meal, please create your very own cooking program instead of posting it on Youtube only.

  • Perfect and yummy! Super like.

  • So much salt and so little flavor... this recipe doesn't deserve to be callled bolognese.

  • i made this culinary the teacher so us this video

  • That guy behind the camera is very lucky. :P

  • She's freeking gorgeous O_O

  • me and my family are having it for dinner and i cant what to try it

  • Id love to add garlic to this recipe, would you be ok with that?

  • Laura, I love it, I'm going to try it.

  • i dont drink alcohol so is it fine without the wine?

  • @ranixxbollyfan I suppose, though it really is a key ingredient in this. Without it, you will be missing alot, and I mean alot, of depth and richness to the flavour. If it means anything to you, because of the length of cooking time in this recipe, most of the alcohol is evaporated by the end. Roughly 20% or less remains, and the longer you cook it, the less there is left. But 20% of 11% of one cup is not much. What we want out of the wine are the flavour elements rather than alcohol.

  • @ianman6 Thanx for the commet though I really don't drink alcohol because I'm a muslim ;) But thankyou For sharing! I guess I'll pass lol

  • @ranixxbollyfan No!!! Do this recipe! It is DELICIOUS!! Use de-alcoholized red wine.

  • @ianman6 Hahah But I dont drink wine either lol! XD I told You I'm a muslim I dont drink ANYTHING of that sort! No whine, No alcohol, No vodka NOTHING!! Only sodas for me! :D

  • @ranixxbollyfan De-alcoholized is non alcoholic. It is basically grape juice lol, but richer in flavor. There is zero alcohol in it. Are you able to drink that? If not, I suppose you could skip the red wine altogether it it would still make for a good meat sauce, but if you can use the non-alcoholic wine (i.e. grape juice :) ) then I recommend that.

  • @ianman6 I might try the grapefruit :D Thanx for sharing! I do want to try this out so badly lol But everything has been wmade with red whine (every recipe of this sauce) So I might try making this asap! :D Cant wait to make it! anyways thankyouuu once again! :D

  • one advice: when you cook ground meat always mix it first in water and then all that "mixture" add to pan for cooking... it a lot better taste,structure,flavor.....

  • I love your videos Laura!! what type of red wine do you suggest? =)

  • do we have to use red wine?

  • oh gurl. you know your stuff! im such a fan of YOU. be perfect as you are but even better! : ) oxo from California!

    futuristfoodoxo

  • i love my pasta fully cooked, cant stand al dente.

  • @AvenueD417 lately me too. just all the way cooked,. not over, not "al dente" . i mean. overcooked is overcooked! blech! : ) have a day!

  • tia ma che cavolo guardi, è fatto malissimo quel ragù, te cucini molto meglio xD (merry)

  • if we dont use any alcohol/wine, what can we use instead?

  • @wavokiaado the alcohol will evaporate anyway, it's not like you are drinking the wine, so just use it ^^

  • @wavokiaado Or, if if your concern is for religious reasons and not simply because you don't like drinking alcohol, you can leave out the red wine and replace it with some beef broth (Laura said so herself in her lasagna video ^^)

  • we dont drink any alcohol or wine, what should i used instead??

  • I made this for my family yesterday.. They thought it was delicious, so a big thank you to you..

  • @katy1423 ... :) cool

  • I've noticed in your tomato sauces you only use salt and pepper. Do you ever use Oregano, thyme, rosemary etc?

  • Very tasty! thank you!

  • @beautygloss Oh, mascha kijk je ook naar haar video's? Wat leuk!

  • i would substitute the wine with pomegranate or red grape juice .

  • @lynginovi Are you on drugs ??? Pomegranate, grape juice ??? Vino, just Vino !!!

  • @legros11 gosh you don't need to be so rude. he simply just asked and you respond with a rude comment "are you on drugs". that was just rude.

  • @TheHomeOfPartyMusic Gosh, gee wizz, bi golly, pomegranate juice and he didn`t ask he said he would substitute ! Good luck with that concoction !!!!!!!!

  • @legros11 but you shouldnt have been rude. if he wants he can put what ingredient he wants. you dont need to attack him, if he likes something else let him put that!

  • @legros11 You're italian, you know the real recipe. But that doesn't mean everybody knows it.

You need to calm the fuck down and stop attacking/insulting people.

You could just simply and nicely have said "no you can't put this and this".

You didn't get my point, and please speak english.

  • @TheHomeOfPartyMusic Your just as stupid as the original poster.....Take a hike and FUCK YOU ! Is that good English ??? REALLY COULDN`T FIGURE THAT COMMENT OUT ???

  • if cant use wine

    what esle can i use?

    looks great

    im gonna make this soon

  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil? That looks like 3 cups! But i love your food so i'll shut up. :D

  • i made that today :] tastes great

  • You are so cute

  • nice recipe but try cooking it really slow (low heat 5-6 hours) you can gather family (especially kids) to help with it and make a family day out of it and end with this great dish, its really worth the waiting cause the flavor will blow you away, cause its like a ragout and the slower the better

  • Thanks for this recipe! I'll definitely be trying this soon. Love your videos, Laura. Keep up the great work!

  • I like your apron...eat and shut up! :)

  • annoying voice, but food food

  • you should have add basil leave on top for decoration!

  • Omg, looks so delish! Can't wait to try it. You need your very own tv show! :)
