It took 4 days and then I lost interest in the song itself... I was trying to find something else at the time. There's a lot more text in the aep file, it's the animating of the camera which felt like it took forever.

My next try was going to be with the Knights of the Round Table song from Monty Python's Holy Grail. I just couldn't find a good vector skeleton to animate for that one part yet :P

Um just any of your favorite movies. One of my favorites would be Hot Rod. That part where the talk about the safety word is hysterical.

OH and what HD render settings do you use, because that's almost crystal clear in non-HD too!

In AE I chose Quicktime Movie and an mpeg-4 codec. A resolution of 1280x720 pixels and 30 frames per sec.

What's kind of odd though is that YouTube was able to cleanly cut out the background of this video. I had a dark blue background with a nice soft black vignette around it. Kinda weird if you ask me... But definitely not due to the format. I've used it before for something...

I've always loved these typography videos, I think they're so good. Like on adverts you have the narration and the typography and for me (at least) it's really effective. Make a tutorial please, I want to know how to do it and I'm a n00b with improvising with camera
