Tanto el coro y los solistas niños y adultos son excelentes profesionales del canto Sacro.

Gracias a artgo2000 por darnos esta hermosa oportunidad. Y también a YouTube, ya que si no fuera por ustedes no tendría acceso a este tipo de música tan fácilmente.

El placer que un espíritu siente al escuchar esta música es indescriptible.

Ich bevorzuge die Aufführung mit dem Münchner Bachorchester unter Leitung von Karl Richter. Richter ist der Bachinterpret schlechthin!

Constituye,éste introito,una de las cimas canónicas de la historiografía musicológica de toda la música occidental.

En palabras de @Parmenides08,Bach se muestra,aquí,terrorífico y conmovedor.

Añado increíblemente humano.

La coral Tölzer Knabenchor,es una formación de referencia en ésta música.Acaso la mejor.

@Klangzauberer Dont' worry, they'll come back. The '80s glasses were themselves a return from the '60s (watch "The Trial" by Orson Welles), with narrow glasses in-between during the '70s. Now we are still in the middle of the return of those narrow glasses from the '70s, although I'm beginning to see the return of the big glasses from the '80s around San Francisco already.

I don't no if it's because of the how thw sound was recorder or if it has to do with Harnoncourt's direction, but I miss the bass sound.

The 'basso continuo' gives it an incredible strengh. Listen to J. Eliot Gardiner interpretation and you'll see what I mean.

Well, It's different for me! Gardiner has bas, but the Violins and the sopranos of the choir ar little blurred, but here they are incredibly clear... so I like them both! (:

Why "authentic" ?

Because they cannot perform Bach better than the great interpreters of Bach such as Karl Richter, Glenn Gould, Clala Haskil,etc. did.

The old instruments never sound good.

They should realize that there was no way in Bach´s time. The so called "authentic" way is a ludicrous invention of Bach-interpretation!!
