  • Keep ur chest up... it will help ur jump look higher and tighter... also rotate ur hips more..... Overall it was a very good jump....... hoped this helped

  • what helps me is to use all the power i can with my arms and swing as fast as possible. watch my toe touch video and tell me what u think of my toe touch :)

  • Ur toe touch got 300% better from ur last video an i dnt think u need many tips bcuz ur so gud bt jst keep on streching an try to turn out ur hips n ur jump an sit in it an it will look so much higher...i've ben a varsity cheerleader for 3yrs an my coach tells me that n it helps alot..good luk!!!

  • yes, i took gymnastics for a bit and im a competitive cheerleader :)

    anywho, there is only really one way to actually improve the height of your jump. have stronger leg and core muscles. well i guess two, the harder you swing your arms up the heigher you will go. but you can make your jump look higher by being snappier at the top and bringing your legs heigher. also be SURE to keep your chest up. i drop mine alot in this video, this is not a good example hahaha :)

    vanier isn't having a competing team this year. they couldnt find a permanent coach. i live out of town and can't drive in an additional 2 times a week. so they are just training there butts off and hope to be out next year :)

  • Hi. I know for some gyms it is different but

    you need to keep your chest up and look towards the cealing throughout your jump if you keep your chest and you motion up and bring your ancles towawrds your toes then you will have an out of this world toe touch! amazing work.

  • Omg thats so much better! The only thing is that u still have ur hands in fists and they're kinda shooting above ur legs, try to touc your toes. Great job!

  • different teams have different form. my team chose to have fists because it looks best and it keeps your hands 'clean'. i would recommend bringing it to river heights this year - it looks so much cleaner :) but thank you very much! hey is ECS doing a demo at BRIT this year?

  • yup we are. xD. Althought we wont be doing cradles in our stunts cuz we just learned the wroutine and dont have time to teach cradles to the new cheerleaders, what about vanier?
