It is becoming a problem is Los Angeles as everything is a "race to the bottom" now - as wages fall. For instance Mexicans operate "waste removal" companies. They charge a dirt CHEAP price. They come pick up your waste AND DUMP IT IN THE WOODS! OR ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD ETC! Then your tax dollars clean it up.
Please report this to the local fire department, the PBCWA and Federal Trade commission.
They should be fined to the fullest extent of the law.

Sure,Mr. Kaufman is angry that he wasn't even considered for the "contract" for the pressure cleaning job,since a Brentwood Board member is an employee of CAS,BUT, be realistic,CAS is supposed to get 3 bids for all work orders, and since the CAS person that sets up "certain" work orders is also on the payroll of a "certain" construction company, THAT never happens, not to mention the kickbacks they get for placing other contracts. Trust me, I have seen first hand. Luckily I have moved away.

Consider another management company.
He also insists on carrying a camera to board meetings which he attends and harasses board members and employees. I believe that Arthur Kaufman should worry about his own illegal acts when conducting his business.

It's a known fact that nothing gets done at the meeting but next to the swimming pool with a limited amount of members. This Board has allowed workers on the property for the past ten years to "borrow water" from the fire hydrant never worrying about back flow of chemicals into our drinking water.
I believe that Mr. Kaufman has a vindictive nature, and obviously has nothing better to do with his time, and has also filed several lawsuits against other companies. I believe that this was an honest mistake made by a new employee of the company.
Mr. Kaufman also runs a business out of his own home which is against the Declaration of Covenants for the Association as stated in Article XV.
