hey wintech please stop getting your boats made from the chinese, they are pretty shitty. granted they are shit ton cheaper then others, i prefer to pay for quality
only problem is it only becomes efficient if you absolutely swamp the boat, which isnt going to affect the vast majority of rowers. rainfall doesnt fill a boat with 350 pounds of water!

you dont get water in the boat from rain, you get it from rowing in rough conditions
