He was all powerful and could have saved himself from being crucified and going through all that pain, but if he had, then us making one mistake would have made it so we couldnt go to heaven. His beatitudes would be labeled as communistic and his statements about the rich and the proud and he would be vilified as a nut. Read Matthew 5 and see if what is being done in this nation in any way shape or form mirrors them. People claim to be Christian but stand firm against most of his teachings. Praise God...I really believe Johnny Cash as sincere as he was might actually have been truly saved. He seemed to really care about God...in his later years too bad for a long time he went into sin and turned from God into fornication and drugs. Maybe perhaps while he was singing some of this. IT took him a while to see the err of his ways but I believe he did and it broke his heart the sin he did. I hope I'll see him there in heaven God will know if his heart was right.

John cash is wrong! Jesus had a good holy family, brothers mother earthy father adn holy father at the same time! Jesus had an education, his mother was from a middle class family. It ain't the Gospel of Judas genius. Chilton's book doesn't refute the importance of Jesus as a divine figure, it merely recreates the world and the man who made such an impact on our lives, as Mr. Cash has eloquently said.

The Gospels are definite truths to Jesus's teachings, but there are elements of Greek propaganda that you would benefit from knowing. True faith isn't destroyed by whatever facts comes from Jesus's life, but from what the Rabbi taught through empathy between man and God.
