Hi Cris it's Carolyn Vynckier, that's very similar to how I prepare , I also add lime juice. I also use fresh fish Mai Mai or grouper and this is so good with hard food lol meaning provision. Thanks for sharing.
i could have sworn after you poured the oil over the buljol you were going to pour the buljol back into the pan and cook it. lol. i cant remember ever trying it this way. but im def going to try it out. Thanks Chris!
Love your videos. I'm 22 and was born in Trinidad but for the I most part raised in the states, so I don't know how to cook caribbean food that well but watching your videos really helps me out. I was wondering if you could do a tutorial on how you make the fried bake? :)

i love this ........i make my salt fish buljol like this i also add shadon beni and 1 clove garlic and of course i eat it with coconut bake yumm

do they really use extra virgin olive oil (have you been watching jamie oliver)
when we use salt fish it is cod and really good deep fried then cooked in fried rice
