Basically he's saying that the great thing about these is that they're so light and small they allow you to do things you otherwise couldn't do - no need to carry around a huge amount of gear. you can move slightly, make small adjustments, it's easy. There are a few disadvantages, e.g. the cords that come with the kit aren't long enough, or at least they should have made one short and one very long so you could put the second light farther away. Overall he likes them. My German is rusty...
