Bin Laden has been dead since 2001. Go to the FBI most wanted page - 9/11 is not listed under Bin Laden because the FBI said there's no evidence that he had anything to do with it. Check it out for yourself. The tapes only pop up during elections or during period of heavy criticism with regard to the "war on terror." They're obvious fakes.

The last legitimate comment from him was that he had nothing to do with 9/11, that it was someone else with their own agenda.
