I watched again and noticed that another chute wasn't fully open which left only one good chute. I sure hope it didn't damage the booster too bad on splashdown.

wow!! Pretty dramatic with that third large chute ripping. I'm sure they'll look into why that happened. Thats what these test are for though. Testing and learning. Evaluating and making changes for the better.
