  • The only Bangles song written by all four members, featuring their always-wonderful vocal harmonies.

  • Better quality version of this here: watch?v=DemtKsXNDS0

  • Favourite song of theirs!!!!

  • fucking awesome!

  • Susanna, really needed to quit the tick of darting her eyes from place to place. I am glad she accomplished this in later years...

  • Bangles rulez!

  • my favorite 80s chick-band , next to Bananarama.

  • @IIIIdepechemodeIIII

ugg, that's like comparing the Beatles with Herman's Hermits

  • Almost forgot what a great tune this is. How 'bout those live harmonies, hey kids?

And does anybody look cooler holding a Rickenbacker than Hoffs? Well, ok...maybe Roger McGuinn. But I never saw him rockin' a miniskirt like that.

It's about time that the folks in Cleveland pony up and install these amazing ladies in the Hall of Fame. (And might I suggest getting Chrissie Hynde to do the honors and then play a couple with them on the telecast).

  • Please we want the new album this year¡¡¡¡

  • Great song!!! Different Light and All Over the Place were such great albums, This was no 'girl band', this was a rock band. What happened to rock and roll?

  • this is amazing. wow. THE reason why i got into playing drums..right here.

  • One of the best - they all contribute to the harmony - perfect. Maybe more songs like this would have helped with the "there is no lead singer" image they were trying to get across.

  • I agree but Susanna's looks and cutie pie voice would still have meant that the singles (and videos) would be centered around her.

  • Agree. The best song they ever did. Perfect melody line. Great instrumentation. Rockin beat. There's nothing to compare to them in this carzy music market today.

  • Hands off their best song ever. Would have been a MONSTER hit, had they not relegated this song to the B-Side of the "Walking down your street" single.

  • I agree.

I felt the same thing about another band in the '80s - Ratt.

They did a song called I Want a Woman whose B-side was What I'm After (I felt the latter could have been a huge hit in 1988).

  • Nah,..Good but not as tight raw and gorgeous as Hero Takes a Fall

  • I love this song!

  • Awesome singin. These girls can really rock!

  • Nice! Never saw (or heard) a live version of this. The song is actually called "Let It Go" from the "Different Light" album. And you're so right - Susie does have those Dangerous Eyes.
