I don't quite understand the abuse the 5200 gets from some quarters. I and my friends loved this system. I never had one, but I was terribly jealous of my friends who did. Realsports Football for the 5200 was a killer sports game for its time and we played with a passion.
The whole history of video games was blissful, first of all in the late 1970's people thought video games were just a fad, before the market crash of 1983-84, people thought that video games were an endless source of profet, once the crash happened many people thought that the video game market would never recover
