That cockatoo is so docile. It's like he's mentally retarded, or just slow.. I've been watching his videos with him and the kitty.. everything he does with the slow curiousity of a developmentally-delayed human. It's definately cute, at least in a bird's behavior. Most cockatoos are clowns and headbangers and otherwise vivacious. This guy is remarkably opposite his stereotype.

@basspig All animals don't act as what you would call "normal". Just like humans, animals can have different personalities. Some are wild, some are shy. My sister had two cats, one died. The other was a little devil, opened doors, broke stuff, annoyed people in many ways. The other was lazy, wanted food all the time, wanted attention and was too lazy to jump high places. And you did say "most cockatoos", but it doesn't mean all of them. And I didn't like you calling him retarded.

1st cockatiel bought it in a garage sale

2nd cockatiel adopted for a dollar! she was in a very bad shape

3rd cockatiel found it in a dumpster! believe it or not

Huh, Coco doesn't look happy? Have you ever actually seen a Cockatoo which is unhappy? They are bald from plucking out their feathers and they scream and freak out regularly. The energy of these lovely women are why these animals lay around and feel comfortable. If they left them unattended, that's another story, but they don't. Geeze. People are so mean.

Cockatoos are stay like a baby, I have never seen one yet that wasnt a cuddle bug. I wish my grey was as cuddlely.

We have a grey as well...Max was born in 1985 He is a love bucket and very smart but does not know how to cuddle. I am sooooo attached to him. He is my boy!!!
