I'm a diehard Yankee fan. Nick Swisher is what a baseball player should be. He loves to play. He's a solid hitter and fielder. He so obviously gets pumped up when he helps out the team. He's amazing. My new favorite player on the Yankees. As of today he's got 7 homeruns, and is batting an even 300 with 7 doubles, and 3 triples. I think he'd play for the league minimum as long as he plays. What difference does who's pitching behind who make once the season is under way? It's not like every team plays on the same day and there's always going to be that #1 starter vs #1 starter, #2 starter vs #2 starter etc. matchup. Your #4 starter can go head to head with another teams #1 starter. Look at yesterdays game.
