Technically, being gay doesn't infringe upon my rights as a human being. If people keep complaining about gay parades. Then people should have a straight pride parade. Also, don't complain if a University like Belmont fires a woman based on her sexuality. It is fact that the majority of the U.S.A. is either Christian, or friendly towards Christians. The Christian religion does view homosexuality as a crime against nature. Get used to it. I recommend moving to Holland or Japan(for Miku Hatsune!).

@tnturtlegurl Technically, the christian religion does not view homosexuality as a crime against nature. Certain denominations do, but not all. Personally, I am presbyterian, and most of us don't see it that way. It's a case by case thing. Another thing to add though, is that Jesus preached love and to accept your neighbor, to love your neighbor. He never even mentions homosexuality. Picking and choosing certain verses from the Bible to follow doesn't make any sense. The overall point is love.

While God is Love, He is also holy and He is just. He cannot, by His holy nature, tolerate sin and anyone who practices sin won't enter Heaven. He showed His love by sending His Son, Jesus Christ, to die for every person, for their sins so they can escape the wrath to come against every person who continues to rebel against God, by sinning. God demonstrated His love towards us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us (Romans 5:8). Every person needs to repent and follow Jesus.

Homosexuality and lesbianism IS A SIN against God (Romans 1:26-32; 1 Corinthians 6:9-11) and will be judged by God. It's not natural, and no person (Christian or otherwise) should be forced into believing it is natural, and neither should anyone be forced into tolerating any kind of sin.

If America continues down this road of tolerating immoral sexual practices and ignore God's will, America will go down the same way Sodom and Gomorrah did (Genesis 19).

Obviously, these protesters are not children of the MOST HIGH GOD. If in fact the university is a Christian based university, the woman should not have been on staff in the first place.

It also means shaving your beard is a sin. It means wearing gold is a sin. It means eating pork is a sin. It means when a man fails to beat his wife and children to death with rocks for being disobedient, he is committing a sin by not murdering them.

Also, homosexuality requires the thought of lusting after the same sex. For animals, it's not homosexuality when they are willing to hump just about anything that comes along, it's animal lust... they don't think about having sex with the same gender like homos do. Animals just do it because of animal lusts...and humans aren't animals. Mankind was created higher than the animals, created in God's image. Adam named the animals, therefore he wasn't an animal.

Scientists, though not holding a clear consensus on what causes it, agree that people don't experience a choice in sexual orientation. Homosexuality is found all over nature. You might argue that we humans must not act like animals. But hey, we are classified as animals, whether you like it or not.

@rg0057 The GOD WHO is the ONE TRUE and LIVING GOD is loving. HE prvides a way out of a life of sin before judgement. HE has a right to require that we follow the standard of holy living.

When HE returns (and that is going to be very very soon) HE"s going to hold us all to the standard HE has set. And that standard does not allow the practice of the sin of homosexuality. And if you're supportive of the sin, you are guilty of it too.

The school just showed how full of love and compassion christians really are. Way to welcome a new member and life into your fold. Soon the law will catch up to this kind of BS and make this reprehensible kind of behaver a crime, even for "christians."
