if you have "boolprop testingcheatsenabled true" typed into the cheat thing then you click on a sim and click "spawn..." and then click on "rodney's reaction tester" (i think) and have your sim do consolable cry and have your other sim click on that sim and then click on "console" and that sim will do that arm thing -pant-
