  • That is awesome! I love to see kids training, most folks think it will stunt their growth or damage growth plates on their bones. Lot's of kids play football and wrestle and I know from experience that is no more damaging than a little properly supervised weight training. Great work, The Spot Athletics! And great work, 11 year old stud!
