Guys, first of all, vibrato is the vibration of the vocal chords. In simple words, it's the shaking thing at the end of her notes. THAT IS NOT AUTOTUNE

With that said, you CAN use autotune live. It's all in the mic. I'm pretty sure she's using a little bit because Walmart autotunes all their singers, even when they don't need it.

I work with autotune and melodyne on a daily basis... it's the processor trying to find the correct pitch which inadvertently creates the illusion of vibrato (it quickly flits between the sharp and flat of the targeted note to try and mimic vibrato and create a 'natural' vocal sound. All Walmart Soundcheck shows add autotune to the lead vocal feed in post-production. That's why artists always sound more polished in such performances.
