This is originally a Sam and Dave song. Taj's version is completely different from their's but I recommend their album "I Thank You". It was their final album with Stax and produced by Steve Cropper. Amazing album.

I just saw this guy in Coloma and he didn't play this song. He was awesome, almost the entire show was acoustic and had a South African vibe, plus he had gained 100 pounds--but haven't we all?
