By unmodified, I mean that I haven't added on anything or switched anything. Everything that came with the ION is what I'm using. ion pads/cymbal pedal. Modified would be adding on different cymbals, using different pads like roland, or using an aftermarket pedal.
nice job. if you tighten all of the screws on the cymbal it should not drop notes anymore. I had the same problem. this also helps with any double hits.
The plastic that the screw screws into on the cymbal is broken so it doesn't get any tighter unfortunately. As for my blue cymbal, it is the wire inside of the cymbal that got disconnected and I haven't taken the time to go and fix it yet.
