  • Ram is one of the 60's intellects still left .... some one who u can trust to tell truths ... that don't want to make money but to help others .... and share with out hidden agendas.... bless u Ram Dass thank you for ur sharing

  • Ram Dass was my spiritual friend and even though I never knew him in person I loved him dearly. I felt very alone in my spiritual experiences in high school and college and couldn't discuss them with other people generally. His books were my friends telling that it was ok, that I was not alone. I don't think I could have done it without him.

  • @goodtwitch Yes, I'm 21 and having a very experience...

  • @ppc1989ark Glad you are. There's a scattered community of people out there who take spirituality seriously. Just read-read-read everything you can get your hands on, trust your intuition and instincts, pray, meditate and keep a journal and don't join any cults.

  • @goodtwitch I hear you all the way... I'm going to Hawaii to work on an organic farm... I might even get to meet Ram Dass.... I seek joy, compassion, harmony, balance, and love so hopefully the old saying "seek and you shall find" holds true... I am looking to find people who know more than me like Ram Dass, but it's hard... you can tell if someone is a high being but Ram Dass is just about the only one I really trust and listen to. There are some others, but I can understand Ram Dass the best.

  • To quote: "He 1st of all read my mind. Which, for a pyschologist like me, that was..my mind was traveling..that he was so..that we wouldn't do that at all, even though our our cognitive science ba-dap. Then I started to think that if he knew that, then oh my god, oh, he knew, oh god, ohh. Then I went through many, um, thoughts of things that I didn't want anybody to know. Of course, in my mind I was forgetting that he was a mind reader..."

Dude, how old are you? Grow the hell up.

  • @waterboardbush He had a stroke man...

  • @ppc1989ark OK. Thank you for pointing that out. He had a stroke. He is brain damaged.

What is the excuse of the peole listening to him?

I was a few miles away on Maui that morning, and my friends were all getting spiffed up to go see Ram Dass. Invited me, but I said it sounded boring. When they came home, they were deflated, and said it was boring.

  • Studio Maui is going out of business! Can you imagine? If only Neem Karol were here, they could buy low and sell high, and thus save the day.

  • @bonnietroon Sister Boonie, As for what your beliefs are, I am not really interested. You may "believe", for example, that Neem Karol Barba was psychic. Believe away. If you show me proof, then I am willing to be convinvced. At the same time, don't bother, because I do not care if he was or not.

  • @bonnietroon Fair question, Sister Bonnie. So please answer--why are you here, and why are you scared of Punohuspick's opinions? Since he expressed them respectfully, even though they may be challenging, I think you ought to speak for yourself.

  • Hmm...the more I watch this, the less regard I have for the Ram Dass phenomenon. So when he was young, he would ask his "psychic" guru a spiritual question, and the guy shout "shut up!", thus proving that he could read Ram Dass' mind (and see, evidentally, what a narcissist he was being?). I find it sad that someone who is facing the end of his life is still in the phase of development where he thinks being "psychic" matters. Gee whiz. Where is the wisdom?

  • I am so thankful to be able to view these videos.

  • This was wonderful. Thanks for sharing it!

  • You cannot be wise, when you steal another culture and pretend to be its high priest. Which is what he was doing for something like 30 years. Now, he is just another old white guy like the rest of them Why can't people just follow their own beleifs why do they need some guru to listen to? Dattatreya Siva Baba is the fakest thing i have ever seen and he really IS east indian. Its worse when people do it to their own culture.

He sounds like he is renminiscing about LSD trip haha

  • get over it

  • @Punohuspicks As a christian western person who speaks English, Ram Dass has been a useful teacher at introducing other beliefs in my journey of spirituality, so there is a need for him. I've never heard of the term east indian. Is that the same as Indian, or a person from the east of India?

  • kinky

  • I wanted to like this video. I find it kind of boring, though. Two mensch remenicing about the good old days. Clearly these guys are fond of their memories of what was a very significant time for them. I really don't mind Ram Dass. (Compare him to Lei'ohu Ryder; I can't stand her.) Nevertheless, Ram Dass is thought to be a very, very wise man. Emphasizing his teacher's purported superpowers is just juvenile, not spiritually advanced.

  • @waterboardbush It's useful to me because I'm interested to know how they came to believe what they do.

  • I wonder if Neem could've solved crimes

  • P.S. - The album is called "Cosmix" avialable at: Itunes, Amazon and at all record and book stores such as Borders, Barnes and Noble, etc.

  • That new Ram Dass CD with DJ Kriece is AMAZING!!

I HIGHLY recommend this album to ANYONE that loves quality music.

    - mike

  • Beautiful - I love you Ram Dass!

  • Baba, you are looking so well! Blessings upon you!!!

  • Thank you all from the Ram Dass Camp. Please post more soon :-)
